Trying to end the Dip

Hey guys, I'm NicotineSlave, new to the forum.
The past few weeks I've been doing the whole, "throw my can away, go back and get the can 3 hours later" type deal.
I'm really just tired of being a "slave" to nicotine, and I'm ready to try to kick this garbage once and for all.

It's going to be a long and trying quitting the dip road, but I'm gonna give it my best shot.

I did exactly that, flushed it down the toilet. I said, 'nuff's enough. I'm done.

I KNOW I can do this, but that screen name was the first thing to come to my mind. I don't know if I can change it now. Haha.

welcome, We as addicts did and still make a lot of bad choices. You made a great choice when you decided to quit. Read as much as you can from the home page, drink lots of water, friut juice...get a plan together about what you are going to do!
