I cant find where roll call is today... yesterday i found it... any help?

From this page, just scroll to the top and click on the 'Community' bread crumb. From there, find the 'Quit Groups' link. Click on that and find the 'Pre-HOF June 2016' quit group. Click on that. From there, make sure you go to the highest numbered page and find the latest roll post. Then, follow the instructions to post roll (click on 'quote', cut the bottom box, paste in the top box, add your name and # days quit as your promise not to use nic in any form that). Then click post reply and you're good to go.

Do this first thing in the morning every day! That's how we do it here! Go get on roll...

Post roll first thing every day as your promise not to use nic in any form for that day...then repeat. One day at a time, every damn day is how we do it around here. Good work getting some tools in place to help with the cravings...gum, mints, and seeds are what worked best for me. Drink lots of water early on too...it helps flush out the poison in your body more quickly. Welcome to freedom!

Today is day 1 of my quit. It is also opening day for turkey season where I am. I have tried to quit before. But turkey hunting has always held me back. So, I decided to quit opening day and when I make it through all turkey season, I can look back as a reminder. Just picked up a pack of gum and two packs of sunflower seeds. People at work are about to enjoy my mood over next two weeks.

Gum and sunflower seeds are a good start but what works here on KTC is accountability and a daily promise..
Post roll each and everyday, and read up.
