Mood, welcome. Glad you found this site. I too have quit numerous times for 20-30 days only to find my way to fingerbanging a can again. This site will help you quit and stay quit. Drink the kool aid. Join the forums and post your daily promise to stay off the shit day by day. Its simple and can save your life.

Need anything else give me a PM.

Congrats on quit. I too was/am addicted to Kodiak 19 years.
I will always be addicted to the crap even though I don't use it anymore.

The basis of the site is to promise to be quit for 1 day.
My 1 day will turn into a year next week so believe me when I say you can do this.

PM me if you need anything,

Hello fellow quitters I'm Doug from Virginia and I have been a can a day Kodiak user for 16 years up until 21 days ago. I stumbled upon this site a few days into my quit and have found a lot of helpful info about my addiction and was relieved to find I wasn't alone. To be honest I never really intended to quit or had any motivation to do so but I went along with it to appease my wife thinking I would only play along with it for a day or so only to declare it was too much for me to handle and slip back in to that old routine but that first day something in my head clicked that I needed to fight this and prove to myself I was strong enough to beat this thing, so here I am at day 21 and I am determined now to see my quit through forever.
Congratulations moodkilla, for stumbling into what you'll later call "one of the most important decisions of my life".

You belong to the July quitters group. Please post "day 21". Welcome.
