Hey everyone,

I am here to quit today. I needed a new tin on the way into work today since I finished mine last night, and just got hit with a moment of clarity. I am 27 years old, been dipping for about 9 years, recently married, great job, things are just going too well to risk throwing it all away on a thing like dip.

So instead I bought some seeds and quit with everyone here today. About mid day, it started to hit me, so I did some googling and found Curt Shilling's letter to his younger self about chewing. If you havent seen it, I suggest you go find it. Its very well written. Gave me the motivation to find a group to quit with, so here I am.

Anyways, today starts the rest of my dip-free life!
