The time was years ago but today will have to do. Its not about cutting down or planning or rationalizing your withdrawal. Its about fighting. Its about realizing that you and I have been duped by a corporation. We were addicted to poison and I shoveled that shit into my hole like there was no tomorrow. Then I realized, there is no tomorrow. There is today and only what I can do today. That's the fucking enemy bro. That shit was trying to kill you for years. Take aim at its heart and fucking kill it.
It doesn't matter if an addict has been dipping 20 days or 20 years (in my case), the addiction is the same. The only thing this indicates to me is that you wised up at a much younger age than I did. Stay quit now, and your future will be the better for it. You'll never have to suffer the shame of your kids seeing you at your lowest point.

Listen to Soul. This brother has it figured out. Kill it today. I'll see you here tomorrow.

Hello,
I am from Maine and have been chewing grizzly for about 6 years.  Probably not long to alot of you but since I'm only 24 its a big chunk of my life.  I have decided to quit today as my mouth cant take it and I don't want to loose my smile.  The biggest reason is that my addiction got in the way of a relationship not that she left me because of it but because I was sneaking it and long story short I drifted away from her because of the can... Anyways I don't ever want to go through this again.  I've cut my self down to about 1/4 tin a day and I feel like now is the time.  I'm 24 and in my prime and I want this habit gone.

This place is definitely not for those that "will try to quit tomorrow", "Will only dip once instead 15 times today", "or come here for support while dipping". It cannot be either of these ways. Cold Turkey..or nothing. Reach down..grab your testicles.. and man the fuck up!! No dip today, tomorrow, or forever, period. Get on here daily and post roll and prove to us that you will never become a statistic. Stay strong and stay quit!!
