For those who are believer In paradise after life, know we all will be young and reborn.so when u rid your self of this cancer nic chick!! Same thing.but on earth.. I almost sounded a little religious.. One day, y wife is Jehovah wittiness and been to a few Conventions of there's.. QAF!! I quit with u bud!! Just for today.

Big Ben...... Welcome. Post roll early every day (its tough sometimes but do it). Quit for yourself and only yourself. Get a substitute so you don't cave. Get numbers from your quit group to text or call when it is hard. Most important: One day at a time promise not to use.

I quit with you today.

So as of today I have made the choice to quit the dip. Not only do I want to but the people that are in my life that i love are begging me to and i keep telling them that i will. Today I have made the choice to quit. NO MORE!! THere are way better things i could spend my hard earned money on. Not only that when i children i dont want them to be around anything like that. I know it is going to be hard but i also know that i can do it. I feel as if this site will help me and i am grateful to have found this site. I even hope to make some friends along that way.
