Welcome to KTC and congratulations for making the gutsy call to wrestle your life back from this addiction. All I can say is read absolutely everything you can about this addiction. It helps to understand your opponent. Then drink the KTC koolaid, throw all you have into this, get to know your May brothers, trade digits and get it done. One day at a time. Sure quitting is tough, but it also can be fun if you are doing it right.

You made a great decision today. You can do this. PM me if you need anything.
Just one and you will be back to where you started, and where you started was desperately wishing you were where you are now.

Evening y'all,

Well, the day has come. I'm entering a part of my life where quitting is an absolute must in order for me to reach out and touch my life goals...and to succeed at them.

I'm going on 6 years of dipping, sometimes I look back and find myself bewildered at how long I've been doing this. I know some of you exceeded that number by decades.

I'm a 20 year baseball player and as you can imagine or have experienced for yourself, smokeless was a part of everyday life on the field. Now that I've retired and am no longer around it everyday I can really see how disgusting and life altering this addiction is.

I really am going to need the support here and I thank you in advance.
Congrats man. I wish I quit when I was 20.

Unfortunately, you have a long road ahead of you. It's going to suck until it doesnt. And when it doesnt, you're going to be you. Being quit doesn't mean that everything is better. You still have to face life and deal with it without a nicotine crutch.

Here at the ktc we deal with life together. We post roll and we ask for help from others when we need it. When times are god, we help. It's that simple. I ain't asking you to commit to anything. Im just asking that you quit with us and don't let us down. Well keep you quit if you keep us quit.

You in?

You know what to do?
Edit, I played for 20 years, I'm a few years older than 20.

Nevertheless, I'm in. Let's do this.
