so masicour....... I see you are logged on as of an hour ago. You don't appear to be posting roll in December, please correct me if I am wrong. My mind spins with possibilities.

Behind door number one- you just don't know how to post rollcall, if this is true go to the welcome center link and learn how to post roll. It is the core of your accountability here. Without it your simply an observer, not a participant.

Behind door number two - you came in with great intentions then failed miserably, and are now cancer deep in a can of cherry flavored chemo . If this is the case man the fuck up and see door number one. Post a day one and drink the kool aid. Lets get this done.

Behind door number three- an escaped goat rapist/ mad scientist / ex toddler in a tiara named buffalo Gary has captured you by offering you a slim jim in the back of his van. Your now chained to the floor in his basement with a red rubber ball in your mouth, and while quit, wont be coming back here for obvious reasons.

of course the possibility exists that you just gave up on yourself because the withdrawls were too hard, and instead of door 1,2, or three you decided that a slow death by autopsy, where a piece of your face gets removed a little at a time until your loved ones watch you waste away in a hospital bed and abandon them due to your stupid useless addiction. If so , good luck with that. But you can still man up and try a door. I mean just for a day ok? any ass hat can quit for a single day.. even me.

Well said SM. I have always found it best to call a spade a spade, why beat around the bush (unless it's foreplay)?

Man up, post up, or get the fuck up and leave!
Lol door 3,

Just want to back Masicour a little bit, he is dedicated as far as I can tell, I have been in regular contact with him- via text, calls and chat room. I bumped fixed him yesterday and see he got it right today. I assure his issue has more to do with door one an he has been shown the way.

Anyway just wanted to share my vantage point.
Alright, goo enough for me. But if he quits posting I'm forwarding his address to buffalo Gary
Do that I will buy the slim Jim's and drive the van

So day six..... I finally got out and did some work around the house here. start sweeting mouth went dry i sstarted craving bad. walk inside got a big glass of water. set down and cooled off a bit. I beat that triger i got this almost 1 week. its gettign easyer but still have some hard times it seems. just got to figure out how to fight them.
You're already past the hardest part. Keep rolling. The first month or so is very unnatural feeling. You are doing things without dipping that you associated with it. It can be surreal for sure. Keep plugging away - I promise you it gets easier. 10 days becomes 20 and then 50 and so on.

hey Masicour, It does get better, I promise. Fight the mind games early, by posting early. It's a lifestyle change...so...exercise more, drink more water, take care of your mouth/teeth (now that there isn't any poison to interfere), take walks with the misses/children, stay busy, time will speed up to normal, use candy, gum, seeds, whatever it takes to "not" put the poison in your mouth.
Just quit today, tomorrow isn't real, the past disappeared. Today is a gift that's why it's called the Present.
I quit with YOU TODAY! 'bang head'
