You've done step 1. That's hard to do. Just admitting you don't need it anymore and throwing the very thing you held precious, your dip, away is hard to do. It's been your best friend and your guilty pleasure.
Now come the really hard part, staying quit. After all this time that I've quit, It's still hard for me to walk past the cigarette and snuff section when we shop at the local grocery or at Wal Mart. But I realize that I made a promise to my group, my family, my wife and most importantly myself, that I wouldn't put that crap in my mouth anymore.
We're here for you and if you think about caving in, contact someone right then! Email them, pm them, call them, heck, send smoke signals, but let someone help you through those hard times.
