Glad you found us. Staying quit is the tough part, and that's the part this site helps me with. I dipped for 20 years...seriously quit about 10 times. This site is the only thing different....and I know this was my final quit.

All I do is post roll, keep my word, encourage new quitters (like this) every once in a while, and repeat. Early on, I lived on this site...Skoal Monster send you some great links.

Welcome Russ-
The way this site works is really pretty simple. Come in every day, post your word that you won't dip. So will all your March brothers and a plethora of supporters. We will all give our word and stick to it, for that day.

Then we do it again the next day. Simple.

Hang tough and PM if you need anything!

Stay quit, if I can do it so can you

Hey Everyone!

I'm a newbie. Not new to quitting, but new here. Can't count the number of times I've quit just to start back up again after 2 weeks, 90 days, even a year!

I started dipping when I was about 13. I have been dipping about 1 can a week for the last couple of years. There was a time when I dipped a can a day, but too often.

Hoping this site helps me stay quit. Still not sure how to use the site, but I'm just getting started exploring it.

So, hello all and here's to quitting!
