Christian,

You went 107 days without nicotine--that was a good trial run for this final quit!
You now have the support and knowledge (read everything on this site THREE TIMES) to make this your final QUIT!!!!!

I went 42 days without this support and probably would have failed had I not found KTC.

Now failure is not an option.

Welcome aboard. I too am grateful for Greg's words. He's wise. So are you for deciding to quit and join us. You'll find a bunch of tools on this site. Use them (us).

Wait - so what was your old screen name? If you quit on February 13, you would have been in my group, May 2011 3 balled quitters.

If you had an account on here for your half assed "attempt", you need to use that screen name. Board Guidelines clearly state that
