Last chew December 13

Hi,

This is my first post; I just joined the community today; am on day 17 and things are slowly getting easier. Off and on spitless user/smoker since I was 14 or 15. Wow, can it be 40+ years!. This is the first time I can remember really quitting because I really wanted to. I am pretty optimistic but taking it one day at a time!

Thanks!
