Went to church today for lent and during the service I told my daughter I was giving up the chew. The smile she gave me willl propel me into kicking this addiction.after 20 yrs of this my will is now stronger than ever.
Day Unos will come and go until you understand that you are an addict and that you got yourself into this mess and only you can get yourself out of it.

I agree with NOLAQ, your quit won't last unless you're doing it for you. Your daughter being proud of papa probably won't get the job done. Too many people here have agreed that it's not.
I suspect if you take a serious look at how tobacco effects your life, you won't need an external motivation to quit.

Today is the best day to quit. You know it.
*Quit today. Full stop. No qualifiers. Tomorrow?... IDK, IDC.

I don't attend church, but I will tell you it is going to take more than your daughters smile to keep you quit.

Get over to June 2012 And get in the fight.
What is your major malfunction?!?!?!?!
