I'm 29. Started 13 years ago. This is day 2 for me, but I can tell you, we're in the same boat. I've quit 100 times before, just to fall right back into it. Be strong man. I got your back

You got good info already, but only one post means you havenÂ’t posted roll yet. ThatÂ’s the backbone here.

Every day you log into your “Group”, a bunch of guys all quitting together and going through the same suck, fog, cravings, etc. You “Post Roll”; add your name and the number of days quit that you are. This is your promise, a pledge to your quit brothers and sisters, to yourself, and to everyone else here on KTC to not use nicotine in any way, shape, or form, for the next 24 hours. Keep your promise. A man is nothing if his word is no good.

Here is the Why, and here is the how How to post roll. All of this and more is found in the Welcome Center. Start reading!

Im 27 years old. Been chewing Copenhagen pouches since I was about 20. About a can a day. Ive gone about 30 days or so in the past without it but its like im missing something when I dont do it.
Its to the point now that I dont even want to do it, but I do it because something tells me I want it. Sounds dumb but I just want to be over this. Save the money, stop worrying about my teeth, my health, cancer. Shit like that. Ill be 28 in august. I have 3 kids and a beautifulwife and want to quit now while im young. Having some confusion about how this whole thing works so any help would be appreciated. Thanks brothers!
So, this may seem odd, but, you are normal.

Yep. You are addicted to nic. I should know, I am too. You use because you need it. Meaning, when you do not use, you start withdrawals and you use again to stop the symptoms of withdrawal. I got to the point where I just used. Did not enjoy, just hated withdrawal. There is a way out.

Stop the cycle. Go through withdrawal. Once. One time. Now. that is all.

Start by posting roll with me today. Go to the welcome center at the top of the page for the info.

Glad you found us friend.
