Today was 24 hrs of no chewing at all. I was extremely tired and a bear to be around today. The wife recently quit smoking and now that we both are kicking nic out of our lives I'm afraid were going to drive each other crazy. Any tips for maintaining sanity would help.
you are in a unique position my friend...

with you both quitting, yes you will go through times of tense feelings, and like stated maybe the angry sex will be hot......

But the maintaining sanity is such an open book, it could be as above and as others have stated, it could be exercising together. The gamit is wide open depending on the 2 of you.

But if ending the nic bitches possession on your lives is what is needed, you have come to the right place as you will find the support here from what all is said. Sometimes you have to find it and sometimes you just have to open your eyes.

I will see you on the roll.

Post roll daily, keep your promise, read all you can and come here to vent.
Yes, post roll. I don't want an update until I get a promise.
As Scowick said: post roll, quitter. Then we'll talk.

The main thing with rage is to recognize it early. Just learn to walk away. Find an outlet. Text or call somebody from KTC. We've all been there. We can take it. When I quit, my twins were 2 years old. That was a test. I frequently had to just walk outside. Cuss at the dog, yell at the shrubs..... whatever. There is still a couple trees in my yard that blush and wilt slightly when I walk by. :o
