Nicely done.  As of this morning your body is free of the drug that has chained you for so long.  Be willing to fight every day to hold onto that freedom.

As you have already been told, read everything you can here.  There is more quit knowledge on this one site than you will every find elsewhere.  These people can save your life if you let them.

Glad you are here, use the tools provided and you will have the freedom you seek.

Let me know if you need anything

STAY QUIT
Greg
Welcome and congrats. I've only been quit for three days but there's no way I could do it without these guys.
Congrats on the three days !! You are clean now also.

NEVER AGAIN !!

Awesome job on making the best decision you ever could and on posting roll. Now just do it early everyday and make that promise not to use. The first few day's are a pain in the ass but, I promise you it does get better. Remember how it feel's, embrace the suck so you will never want to post up another day one. If you need anything at all just pm me.

What up, hunter. I see you figured out roll like a badass. Congratulations.

I'll give you the rundown on the basic principles here.

1. Post roll
2. Keep your word
3. Repeat tomorrow

That's all you have to do to stay quit. You promise us you won't use nicotene, you keep that promise, you rinse your nic free balls and do it again tomorrow. It's foolproof.

There are, however, a few things you can do to further strengthen your quit:
Read the words of wisdom
Get involved in your quit group
Read some more words of wisdom
Swap numbers with the guys in your quit group and get to know them
Read some more on the site
Read everything
get involved some more
read some more

You get the idea. If you can be here enough to get addicted to the site like you are to the shiny little can of UST death, your quit will be damn near indestructible. Entirely optional, highly reccomended.

So if you want a phone number, just want to chitty chat, or need help with anything at all don't hesitate to PM me. I'll help in any way I can.

Hello everyone!
As the topic said, I made the decision to quit. I stumbled across this site while looking at some photos that I was sent that had guy in them holding a challenge coin from the website. Anyway, last dip on 12/12/12.
Thanks for the support!
