Good advice already given. Own your quit! All the knowledge and support is here for you, but you must take charge. Read everything on KTC, post roll everyday or get someone to post for you if you are unable, get phone #'s from anyone and everyone here, and get involved. Lots of the guys posting on your intro thread are in your quit group, and they are getting involved. Drink the Kool-aide, the KTC way works if you work it! Own your quit!

Bad assed of you to get this far! No reason to stop quitting now!

Tree man, welcome as my brother claws has said. Read read read, get to know this site, keep posting on your intro, make the decision every morning that nicotine is done with the tree man. Post roll, even if you fuck it up. Make your word your honor and in no time you will find yourself free.

Congrats on quitting brother. Definitely one of the best things you can do for yourself. It is imperative that you make this high priority. The best way to stay quit I by posting roll daily. I quit with you today.

Welcome to KTC. Go up to the "welcome center" on the top tool bar. You will find some helpful links there to help you navigate this website.

Find your quit group and post roll there everyday. (Its basically cut and paste while adding your number of days quit and name at the bottom of the list).
