Thank all of you!!! I'm glad to be here!! I think the only bad thing about me quitting is I'm going to have to join weight watchers LOL I have seriously gained 10 lbs in a week!!!
That's the easy part - you can work that stuff off quickly and it actually helps you get your metabolism back into shape if you exercise.
Congrats on your quit. I took the jump 9 days ago myself. If I can impart some advice - don't sweat the weight gain, just start working out. Whether that be by going to a gym, a local track, or jogging a mile or two a day, just do it. It will help you so much, both physically and mentally.
