I finished reading through all the welcome info. Now I know how to post roll, so...done. Thanks for all the encouragement.

No thanks to my dick brother for coming to dinner last night and thought he was hooking me up by bringing me a can...he knew I quit dammit. But I never broke the seal. Made him take it with him when he left too...Wasnt easy though!
Great job douch! Post roll EDD! ODAAT! Proud to be quit with you my friend! My wife just now started really kissing me again. ..I missed that!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

I quit yesterday. For good. Today has been harder than yesterday. But I will not give in...

I'm 33 and have chewed for about six years, and was a smoker before that for a long time. Quitting smoking was easy, I started chewing, plus it was easier to conceal. My employer went tobacco free and I signed something saying I would be tobacco free about a year ago.

I've been a closet dipper since. My wife hates it, wont even look at me anymore with a dip in.

My problem is I am already kindof an asshole. Now I'm a full fledged dickhead and Im only two days quit. How do you cope? (no pun intended)
Post roll (every day your feet hit the floor)
Honor your word all damn day
make it to bed, wake and repeat.

If my sorry ass can do this, then I know that YOU can too.
we are all addicts for life. We can "be quit" ODAAT.
This site saved my life. It can save yours too.
Stick around and Your quit will stick.
Don't think about it, just do it.
Don't dip, do something else.
1 problem + the poison = 2 problems.
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.
It's poison I tell ya, You wouldn't drink Liquid Drano, would ya?

Don't take it out on your family. Rage on us here. We know what you are going thru. You need to read the welcome center and post roll with May 2015.
As far a coping...that's exactly what you have to do in the beginning. Gut it out. Read as much as you can on here. It take a long time to heal physically and mentally. It's tough but so worth it. You cant believe how good life is without Nic. Posting roll everyday is the price of admission though.
Don't worry bro. We like dickheads here just as much as nice guys as long as your committed to quitting. I don't see your name on roll yet. Follow the link to the quit room and go into the May 2015 pre HOF room. Post roll with us and get this party started. We would love another quitter to join us. Warning.... We are rowdy! Wear a cup.
