Hi Chris and welcome to the rest of your life! You're doing the right thing - and the headaches will go away I PROMISE. Drink water - lots and lots of water. Working out helps too. This is a great resource, not just for success at quitting but for staying quit for good. However, you have to buy in to it completely, and if you do it will CHANGE. YOUR. LIFE.
Get over to October and post roll. Easy-peazy. Do it every single day before you do anything else. Do it from your couch, the kitchen, the shitter - I don't care. Just do it first thing (well, okay - if the wife is looking for some lovin' then that's a good exception). The key here is making that promise to a bunch of people and then KEEPING YOUR WORD. You're a man of high character and integrity right? I mean, you hold hundreds of lives in your hand several times a day, right? I feel pretty certain you can keep one little promise, for just 24 hours, every day. Right?
