Blake,
Welcome to KTC, I would love killing bears. You will find that there is lots of useful information here to help you break the chains of addiction, but you need to want to do this all for yourself. I thought I would offer you some direct links to items to help speed and ease your searches.

Welcome to KTC, you appear to have your mind made up to quit for you. If I may add a couple of things that in my opinion can make or break your quit (all items below with underlined words are links to different areas on KTC or referenced, all safe)

1. Your girlfriend/spouse (if applicable), their support is critical and she deserves to understand more what you are going through, so see the following link and hell print it or e-mail it to her to read Spousal Support

2. Read this for yourself to make sure you fully know what to expect What to expect when you quit; some days are better then others, then eventually all days are better

3. Read the stories on here at KTC, the Kern story is a tear jerker and though you want to be around for your kids this will reinforce it dramatically, Kern's Story; then there are these words spoken by a man who lost his brother to this stupid shit Sean Marsee, damn I wish he would have talked at my middle school.

4. Find an alternative and keep it on you at all times. There will be times when going to the Convenience Store and getting a soda or anything else can cause one lapse in judgment and lead to a huge mistake. Don't be that guy, be the guy with Testicular Fortitude.

5. Find a couple of other quitters and exchange numbers with them, if you need another please PM me and let's do this.

6. Remember that you are an addict, 100 days is a milestone not a goal; the goal is a lifetime being free from the nic bitch. Get pissed off at big tobacco and the dangers they put you in.

7. Remember that you are the one who caused you to be an addict, so don't let anger get outside of your control. It is no one else's fault that you got here. Your family will only support you if you are not an asshole.

8. Drink lots of water, may also consider changing your eating lifestyle/diet, shit changes after the weed is out of your system. Exercise is also a huge help.

Now, learn How to post roll, then go post roll with your fellow Titans - Pre HOF October 2014

If there is anything I can do to assist you further, please feel free to send me a PM and let me help you.

"If you want to quit then stop talking and just QUIT. If you want to kill yourself a bullet is cheaper and faster than a tin, plus it eliminates my hearing you whine and cry like a bitch."

Welcome aboard. You've made a good decision -- now just stick with it one day at a time.

Welcome to my life story involving chewing tobacco...

I have chewed since I was 18 years old (currently 23), and I have found my self wanting to quit chew. Last summer I had quit for 69 days and caved in. Ever since then I have been on and off... Mainly on, but that needs to change.

I need and want to change for the better. I am tired of wasting my money and my health on this little devil of a can. I do not know where else to turn to for support. So I am asking you guys. Can anyone be there for me?

I have played baseball all my life and that is what got me started in the first place. I still currently play and am always around this atrocious product. Tony Gwynn inspired me to stop and I am finally ready!

So... Does any one want to go Grizzley hunting with me and kill this nasty bear?

I got your back man, and so do all the badasses here.

Take a look HERE and you'll find what we do, why we do it, and how to do it. After you've read through all that, go ahead on over to your quit group (Pre HOF October 2014). You'll find about 80 brothers and sisters going through the same stuff you are/will be. Make some friends, strap in, and let's go huntin'.

You can do this.
The KTC plan works. It is not at all easy at first, but it is simple. Read everything on KTC. Learn the way we quit. Live the way we quit. You have all the power!
Post roll EDD. Get involved here; make friends. Educate yourself about our addiction. Buy into the KTC quit plan and fight for your life. PM me if you need anything.
Hey Blake welcome aboard. Most of us longer term dippers wish we had quit when we were your age. However, it seems like younger guys on this site fail more often than older guys. I think in part it's because younger guys listen to their inner voice that tells them to put a dip in now and then quit again tomorrow, or next week, or next month. The truth is caving now can lead to years, if not decades of more dipping. I think the older guys have fallen prey to that before and realize how damaging a cave can be. So Blake I welcome you aboard with a strong warning to bring as much seriousness as you can to your quit, because most of the younger guys don't. Good luck.
