Good morning and welcome to KTC Kevin. I scrolled back a ways and did not see where you posted roll yet. Let me explain a little about roll. Roll is your daily promise to yourself and all of your new brothers and sisters that you will not use tobacco in any form that day. You will post your name and the number of days you are quit each day in the May, 2014 quit group. Each and every day you will post your promise. No exceptions. That is the price of admission to KTC. Nothing more and nothing less. If your electricity quits working, your internet provider goes bankrupt or you are on vacation and will not have internet access, call or text a quit brother and tell the brother to post for you. Simple and easyÂ…and therefore, no reason for not posting roll. The reason you are put in May is that will be the month that you will celebrate being 100 days free of nicotineÂ…your Hall of Fame date.
Now that you know the basics, it is time to read all you can on this site. Go to the welcome center and that will get you started. Post roll and look up at your inbox (1). That is a personal message from me with my telephone number. Congratulations on making the best decision of your life. Wayne

How to post roll.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

How to Post ROLL CALL - Roll Call Instructions
Step 1 - Find the last Roll Call Page in Pre Hof: May 2014.
Step 2 - Hit the "Quote" button in the upper right hand corner of that roll page.
Step 3 – Two boxes have now appeared. Click your mouse ANYWHERE in The bottom Box.
Step 4 - Hit Ctrl and "A" at the same time so the box looks like a solid blue box.
Step 5 - Hit Ctrl and "X" at the same timeÂ…now there should be NOTHING in Either Box.
Step 6 – Now, click your mouse anywhere in the TOP BOX
Step 7 - Hit Ctrl and "V" at the same time and a lot of script will appear. Look for the new quitters section and ADD YOUR info to the bottom of the list of new quitters. Your information will be your name and the number of days you are quit (Example:wmcatty-425)
Step 8 - Hit ADD REPLY below the bottom box and you will see an old screen. Hit the Go To First Unread Post on the top left of the screen and it will take you to your roll post. If you are not listed, you have been “Bumped”…more on that later.
I don't know cat,, I think this one made out like a magician and vanished. Poof! I hope he isn't back in canville living it up with the poison.

HoF Speech

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Hello everyone!  I am Kevin and I have been dipping Copenhagen for 30 years now!  I threw it away yesterday at 430 pm and am looking forward to my new beginning on life
Kevin,

Excellent decision to take control of your life. You will be in the May 2014 Quit Group which is the month in which you will hit 100 days without nic. Click on the off-pink WELCOME CENTER button above. KTC is a great place for support and information. You must remain nic free (no nic gum or patches or anything like that) and post roll a commit to yourself and your fellow quiters each day to remain nic free. I am 18 days into the rest of my life and know I would not have made the first week without my involvement and support in this site. I quit with you today and every day.
Welcome to the crazy rails of quit get on here drink the kool aid and get you some quit buddies on here to help you out when you having a really fucked up day

Kevin is not ready to quit, Kevin has fucking quit!

Badass, and welcome to the party.

Drink tons of water (Try to limit the caffeine. It messes with you initially.). Workout (Nothing kills a crave like some push ups.). Post roll and make friends.

You aren't alone anymore Kevin. We got your back.
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

Theres a lot of people that come here, especially vets, that WANT to be reminded that they are addicts.-Tarpon 6/12

Just as a building starts with architectural drawings. Your daily quit begins with a promise.-Scowick 2/13

Here and now, focused on today, minute by minute, whatever it takes, I promise to all my bros and myself not to become a negative stat and stay quit!-krok 1/15

That's a damn good decision you just made Kevin. Now you have to stand by that decision, every fucking day. Its going to be one of the hardest things you'll ever have to do but it will be worth every struggle. You don't have to like it, you don't have to have fun with it, you just have to survive it. Wage war against nicotine. She's a bitch who's stolen many things that are rightfully yours. Time to take them back.
Quit date: 1/6/2014

Do you remember nicotine? Do you truly remember her? The way she controlled you financially, emotionally and physically? The lies she whispered in your ear daily? Remember how one dip was too many and one thousand was never enough? Yeah, so do I. That's why I'm here. That's why I post roll. That's why I support my brothers and sisters. Because I remember her too damn well.
