Welcome Rigwelder89! Quitting is hard, it isn't for the weak. The bad ass quitters here succeed by taking it one day at a time, every damn day.

Use this introduction thread to document your quit and let us all know how you are doing. Get some digits and connect with your quit group.

I quit with you today - Stranger999, day 341. :)

I see you found it while I was rambling on. Nice job posting. The only thing you need to do next time is to add in your number of days quit.

I can't find where i need to post?
You will be a member of the November '16 pre-HOF group.* Look for the Quit Groups section here in the forums. You can find instructions for posting roll call in the Welcome Center. Don't worry - the only way to screw up posting roll is by not posting roll. You'll get the hang of it in a day or four. Until then someone will fix it for you.

Post roll first thing in the morning, before you leave the house. It's your promise to not use nicotine for the day. Make your promise before you give yourself a chance to buy a tin. Make your promise every day no matter what. Keep your promise refuse to cave. Stay quit.

*Your quit group month is the month that you will hit 100 days quit, which is a milestone celebrated here at KTC.
