thanks for the help!!! i have never really tried to quit, i always had excuses why it would never work so i never tried. every night i run after work with my 13 year old son. so i get to bond with my son, improve my chances of living a long life, and show him that if you put your mind to it you can beat or do anything!!
nice work man. you can do this. just like running, one step, then 100, then a 1000, then 50,000 ( marathon )
stay active on the site and read everything you can.
the words of wisdom and the HOF speeches are enough alone to keep your straight enough to push through the really hard patches.

I have used tobacco for 15 years. 14 days ago I quit cold turkey after I had a dream of my funeral and the pain I put through the people that I love. Now instead of looking forward to a dip I look forward to excercise and taking care of myself. If any would could explain how to roll call i would appreciate it :)

Wow,

Great to have you!!! Looks like you got your instructions. Post your story. We're not nosy, but you'll find out that you have tons in common with almost everyone on here.

My family was my motivation, too. You have the strength to quit, you just have to decide to do it. Read everything you can on this site. Post roll, keep your word, and live nic-free.

Welcome, brother.
