Glad to be quit with you.  Post role in the June group every morning as soon as you get up.  That's your promise that you will remain quit for the day.  Congrats on hitting day 4.  For me the weekends are the hardest.  I'll PM you my digits in case you need them.

New to the forum and 4 days into my quit. Stoked to be doing this for my personal health and for my family who depends on me.
I'm here for support and to support all of you too. Besides the anxiety and all the thoughts going thru my head, I'm doing okay.
Much love to all of you for digging deep and making this decision. I always told myself I could never get addicted to anything, fast forward 10+ years of Cope Snuff.. Joke was on me and I was lying to myself. 

Congrats to all of you, and thanks for welcoming me here.
