Hey guys.  My names Mike and this is my third time trying to quit.  The last two times I thought I could do it alone and I make it about 2 weeks and screw up.  I'm writing this at the end of my first day and know that I'm going to need help.  I know I need to do it for good this time or I never will.  Forums and things like this are a little out of my comfort zone but maybe that's what I need.
