Hello all. Not really sure how to go on about this, so I'll just give my story. I'm 21 years old, I've been dipping grizzly wintergreen since my 10th grade year of high school, so around 7 years now. I've tried quitting countless times, nothing has seemed to work. I'm trying to quit again, and would love any tips/support from people that have quit or are currently quitting could give, Currently going on day 2 of quitting, found this and thought I'd join up cause I want this time I quit to be the final time.

@Jay ,

Apparently you don't really want to quit since you haven't even been back in here to read the advise and instructions that have been given to you.  I too was dippin' Grizzly when I quit 790 days ago.  I was at 3 cans a day and had been chewing for for over 30 years.  It is only because of this site and the quitters in it that I am nicotine free today.

If you want to be nicotine free, then you need to get your ass in here and follow the advise and instructions that YOU asked for or quit wasting our time.  We don't "try" to quit here, we quit, plain and simple.  "Do or do not, there is no try" `Yoda

So if you are truly ready to quit for yourself, then by all means, get in here and post your daily promise to be nicotine free.
If you want my digits, just ask and they will be yours, but I expect yours in return.

Accountability is a statement of personal promise, both to yourself and to the people around you, to deliver specific defined results.
Brian Dive

Do not be complacent about your achievements and not to strive for continual improvement when you get to the top. As soon as you let success go to your head, you sink into following familiar patterns and play it safe. In other words, you risk losing your edge.
Roy T. Bennett

You need anything, ask.  You feel strong, help.  This quit is for you but we got your back.

Do not let the actions of others determine the direction of YOUR quit.

You already got some great advice from Keith. Not sure why didn't you follow up immediately? Don't really want it bad enough yet?

Desperate men are usually ready to take drastic measures. Maybe you aren't there yet. Keep dipping and one day you will be. A bunch of problems can be avoided if you start quitting now. If you're waiting until you finish school, or get married, or secure that great job, or make that big move across the country, you'll be waiting forever.

@Zeus  speaks the truth @Jay.  He just described my young life.  Before I knew it, I was in my mid 40's, dipping for 25+ years.  Wife and 4 kids (promised to quit at each waypoint) later...setting a bad example for my children and being a fraud!!  DO YOURSELF A FAVOR THAT WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE.  Quit while it won't significantly change every aspect of your life.  You can do it.  We can lead you down the path.  You WILL regret not quitting but you will NEVER regret quitting.
Why you quit is crucial.  You must quit for yourself.  I believe what Mr. @EXBEARHAG is suggesting is that he tried to quit for his wife, and for each of his new borns. ( Forgive me if I'm mistaken there, Ex BH)

I too have 4 kids and quit two weeks before my daughter was born.  I will tell you that I quit for NONE of them.

Not for my wife, not for my three sons, and not for my daughter.  I quit for me and me alone.  My quit, and your quit need be totally And unabashedly selfish.

That decision to quit for me and for me only occurred 891 days ago.
