Happy you’re here wildcat. I joined up less than two weeks ago and am 10 days quit. Hit me up anytime, I dipped for about 13 years and am 31, and can relate fully to what you posted. Quitting 6 years in is a GREAT decision

Start of Day 1 tonight! Im 22 years old and i've been dipping for the past six years. Just tired of being a prisoner to the can. I feel like i've had a dip in 24/7 for the past 6 years it seems. About a can a day for the past 3. I'm about to start grad school this fall and I am determined to quit TODAY.
@wildcat12 welcome to KTC. Click on the link, https://ktcforum.org/index.php?topic=16445.0 and go post roll and then tomorrow wake up, piss, and post your promise again. Keep your word to stay nicotine free for the day and then repeat the following day. Make relationships with fellow quitters but only exchange digits through personal messages and not on the forum or here in the Intro section. Those relationships will be crucial in helping you succeed. Focus on quitting one day at a tome, ODAAT, and don’t worry about tomorrow or much less this fall when school starts. Only worry about today. Shoot me a message if I can help. You can do this and we are here to help.
