Welcome to KTC. You have made one of the best decisions you will ever make in your life my friend. Way to nail roll posting. I'll send you my digits in PM. I will hold you accountable and you will hold me accountable daily. Reach out and establish as many relationships with fellow quitters as possible. This will help you stay quit. It is the only thing that has made this quit different than other failed attempts I have made. Look forward to hearing from you bother. 148 NNT.
@RouttCountyLegend   glad to see you found your group and posted roll. We wake up, piss, and post our promise first thing to stay nicotine free for the day. Only worry about today as we quit ODAAT - one day at a time. We will deal with tomorrow when it comes. Make connections with other quitters. Exchanging digits is recommended but only through personal messages and not on the forum or here in the Intro area. You can do this and we are here to help. Shoot me a message if I can help at all.

Day One (1)
« on: June 05, 2020, 11:47:27 AM »
10 years use, but addiction lasts a lifetime. Like some decisions this one came gradually and then all at once. I'm 24 hours into it, and I know that I need to be held accountable. I want to hold others accountable, too. I know I'm the kind of person who will give it all I have if I've given my word to someone else and if I've asked them to be accountable to me as well. I don't want to be a liar anymore; it's my intention to struggle and reclaim my integrity.

I respect what's been created here on this forum. I'd like to be a part of it. I don't think I can do this on my own. I'm asking for help. I'm willing to help other folks too, if I can. I hope I can. Thank you.
