I just went back and read my intro. I am a different person than the guy who wrote that 100 days ago. The person that wrote that was on his knees pleading for help. He was scared and desperate. Me? Today? I am standing tall. I am quit like fuck. I own it. Every day. One day at a time. I am free.
Shane, Brandon, Wayne, Jerry, Brett and Phil...you guys are my pals. Thank you for helping me save my life. You guys hold me accountable every day and I will not let you down. To all the vets that paved the way and the rest of my March bros...same thing. Thank you.
To you new quitters...Stay the course. It gets better. It gets so much better. I promise. Drink the kool-aid. Follow the rules. Post roll every day. Make your promise to quit. Hold yourself accountable. Do this and you will be free.
