Well what do you know...I made to 100 days!!! When I started this journey through hell I really didn't think I'd make it after the first week or so. I have learned so much from this site and the people on it. As I approached the 100 day mark I started to realize that 100 is just a number. I was still having mood swing issues, still thinking about dip, still eating seeds like a squirrel... Then it hit me ( I'm not too bright I guess).. Dip for 30 years and expect it all to go away in 100 days! This is a life long battle. If it wasn't for this site not sure I would have made it. If I had it to do all over again I obviously wouldn't start dipping but I don't look back on it that way. It was a choice I made at the time. Quitting is also a choice. Quitting is my choice. I am so happy that nicotine doesn't control my life anymore. Thank you KTC and all of my fellow quitters.
