Done,
Hopefully this time you take ownership of your integrity and stick with us. As long as you stay committed so will I. Welcome back and reach out if you need anything,

Hogan
Thanks Hogan, I appreciate it. Will do.
Stay active in your group, meet se good people, help others and ask for help--that's the key.

And as you seem like an intellectual, you may enjoy the scientific explanation of what nicotine does to us. Reading it made me angry and helped my quit.
The link in your signature is a pretty fascinating read. Fuck nicotine.

You do 'have the mental fortitude to just quit'. But you have to use it. You weren't even on the wagon last time; it sounds like you stubbed your toe walking to the wagon and went home defeated.

Get serious this time, and an army of serious quitters will support you.
This is accurate and made me laugh.

Hey everyone. Been dipping about a can a day for 5 years. About to head to grad school, and I'm sick and tired of relying on a pinch every second I can. I've tried to quit unsuccessfully at least a dozen times, and this isn't my first time on this website. About 3 years ago I posted and fell off the wagon the very next day. Tried for the last hour to figure out the username and password but gave up, must not have used any of my usual information. Just wanted to be up front that this isn't my first time here, I have been here and failed before.

Pretty pissed off at myself and tobacco. Pissed at tobacco for existing, and pissed at myself for not having the mental fortitude to just quit.

Will be at roll call tomorrow. One day at a time.
