Welcome back and glad to see you on Roll. I posted the following in your quit group and sent as a PM, but posting here too to make sure you see it.

This is part of the process and if you put some thought into it, will make you stronger in your quit. Let me know if I can help.

N8wing13, you were here before, therefore you will need to do some reflection and answer some questions for yourself and for this group.

1. What happened?
2. Why did it happen?
3. What will you do differently this time to keep it from happening again?

I know you didn't have many posts before, but you still need to think about why you weren't ready to commit last time and how you will make this time different. Come up with a real plan of action and put it out there. Embrace the accountability that this site offers and use the tools available to you.

Nicotine is really bad for you. It jacks up your endocrine system pretty bad. Can cause thyroid problems and all kinds of stuff.

I know ... buy damn, I really enjoy original fine cut Copenhagen. 23 years of Copenhagen original.

Here's to saying F*ck You Cope! I got a 7yo and I'd like to be around a while.

I got me some SMC, ordered some grinds and hooch.

This morning is 24hrs without a dip. No cravings yet. No heart burn either.
Personal responsibility is the willingness to both accept the importance of standards that society establishes for individual behavior and to make strenuous personal efforts to live by those standards.
But personal responsibility also means that when individuals fail to meet expected standards, they do not look around for some factor outside themselves to blame.
