Hell yeah brother! Great choice to quit. And this is the place to get the support you need. Not sure if you have posted roll yet or not, but if you need some direction, your group would be here August 2018 Pre-HOF. Dig into the site, read all you can make time for, and get to know others on the site. I will pm you my number if you need someone to lean on, call, or text when the need arises. We quit here One Day At A Time (ODAAT) and we like to Wake Up Piss Post (WUPP) this means get on here and post your promise not to use, as early in your day as possible. Make that promise early, keep your word. Thats all we do here to quit every day.

First day - Life begins today

Many different times I have said to myself "I will quit tomorrow or I will quit on the 1st" that day comes and I don't quit. The next day comes and I continue to chew. I have determined that I am an addict and that I need help. I can't do this alone and I will need support. Even though most of the time new years resolutions do not come through this year I am determined to be different. I lost 22 pounds already and why not throw in quitting. This is the time not only to be healthier for me but for my wife and daughter. The feeling of guilt I have spitting it out before I walk inside or the moment I put that nasty ass shit in my mouth is over. I can't do it anymore... I WONT DO IT ANYMORE. If I am determined enough to stay on a diet of salads and plain chicken I can do this. Will power over this addiction.
