I hate this part. I haven't had a chew in 24 hours and just typing "chew" makes me want to cave. Not going to though.......I'm a new member and am thrilled I stumbled upon your site. It was what I needed to empty out 2 cans I was saving in my house into my toilet. I saw this site and like the coins....the wrist bands and more importantly the community. I decided at midnight last night that I was done with all the bullshit. Finally fed up with 12 years of chewing those delicious leaves.

I have quit several times before. One time for 9 months and then I went back to it after a late night drinking with friends. I could have used something like this then. Just a few more says and the pain will be gone.....I feel like my blood is boiling. Lets see how I feel when I wake up day 2 without a chew. Can't wait. 'Finger'
You're on your way brother. Fine group of Quitters in March.
Post roll every day, it's the most important thing we do here. Reach out for help when needed and lend a hand when needed.
You can do this and we are all proof of that. You're not alone.

STAY STRONG-STAY QUIT

Thanks Tarp and Smokeyg...I'll post in the morning from now on. I work in the evenings and get home at midnight, It was just easier to post a completed day then the start of a new one. Makes too much sense to do the ladder.

Still chewless in Cleveland.

Congrats on your quit Buckeye. You are in the March quit group. Jump in and join us. Post roll every day. Be accountable to each of us when you give your word you won't use today. We are accountable to you. PM me if you need anything. Proud to be quitting with ya!

Oh Buckeye, you silly little bastard. The pain won't be gone in a few days. You have to wake up ready to battle the pain every single morning. Posting roll consistently separates the quitters from the quit agains.

Buck-Welcome to the best decision you've ever made. Now make that decision tomorrow, and the next day and keep going, don't look back. You'll get to a point where those leaves are not delicious anymore, but they are toxic and repugnant. Post with your group every day. Post as soon as you get up and keep your word. Once you post you know that those leaves are not an option and your group knows that you've got their back as they have yours.

Get a plan

Stick to it

Get phone numbers if you need help, I'll PM you mine.

Reading stuff on the site helps get through the fog. And when you feel the rages coming, head to the chat room. Good way to relieve angst.
