Get in with the August group and post roll. Thats the first step.

As for the fake stuff, I personally used Smokey Mountain herbal snuff for about a week and it helped when I had serious cravings. I've tried a few of the other brands, and Smokey Mountain to me was the closest thing to feeling like I had a REAL dip in my lip.

I quit with you today.

Hey man use this site to help. It is more helpfully than any fake stuff if you use it correct. Sorry I didn't use the fake so IDK I did the seeds. Go post roll with us. I will quit with you.

You'll find a link to the Welcome Center there (or just look up to the left at the pink Welcome Center link). There, you'll find information about posting roll in your pre-HOF quit group. You'll fuck it up the first time, but people will help you out.

this is my first post, and i'm 3 days in. I put down snuff last friday, copenhagen southern blend is what i was dipping here lately. i registered my account...hell, sometime last year, but only quit for like a day???? i didnt even try, ive now realized that ive thrown away countless amounts of dollars and time with this shit.
