Congrats on the 2nd floor! B)B
Congrats Norm!
Great job my brother! 200 is badass
Thank God you shared when you were here and active, since now you say you have nothing to share with us.
Why am i thankful? Because you had your head on straight then, and....you tried to help others to do the same. So some didn't like your tactics...too bad. You made a point, and it made sense.

Norm....
I'm ready to drink a cold one and smoke a brisket!!
Here in Texas we use mesquite.

Stay strong my brother.
Can't taste the brisket through a tube!
Keep your tongue, stay quit.

I quit with you today!

Congrats on a full week!!! But the only thing that matters is today. And, not to burst your bubble, but 7 days is babyshit compared to what you can do. You're free, brother!!! There is no limit to you can do now. Post roll, read and repeat.

You have my respect and good wishes for making it 7 days on your own without dip after 30 years of dipping. The fact that you came in here to share your success might indicate that you want company during your quit. Think about joining us every day with a simple promise.

7 Days tobaco free
« on: June 08, 2015, 09:31:00 AM »
Hello, I'm 49 yrs old and have been dipping for 30 yrs. Today is my 7th day without a dip. I was 1-2 cans per day and really didn't enjoy that shit in my mouth. It was all about the nicotine. Appling for a new job that requires and swab test for nicotine so this is the real reason for quitting. Even if I don't get the job never going back.

It really hasn't been as bad as I thought. I'm on anxiety medicine which I think it's helping on the anxiety but the cravings are a bitch. Smoke a brisket and had a few beers on Saturday and let me tell you, that was the hardest thing I thank I have ever done without dipping. But I made it through. Just wanted to say hi and wish me luck.
