Pain is only weakness leaving the body.
In  24 hours your body will be nicotine free and able to heal.
Your brain will need to rewire itself. That takes time.
Use that time effectively- be a student of addiction.
Knowledge is power, ignorance is tragically expensive.
You're going to need digits to walk the line.
Only fools quit alone.
God bless you and keep you

Well tangra grab that sack and post up. That 1 min a day could possibly save your life but you gotta go all in. Half ass around here most of the time always leads to failure. Will you post a 100, 1,000 or 5,000 who knows but thereÂ’s one I know for sure, you will never be cured. I quit with you today. This shits hard but a lot easier with all of us quitters here at Ktc!

No reason to not post your day one today. The day you quit = Day one.

Just sick of it. So sick of it. 20+ relapses. Best I got was 7 months. I was making excuses and talking in the shout box. I decided to make today the day. I'll see you guys on roll call tomorrow.
