Hey everybody,

I've been dipping for about 9 years now and although I have quit for months at a time before I am trying to make it for good! I figured joining a community such as this might help me quit for a lifetime. For me, dipping was always a get-away from life which I am sure a lot of people feel the same way. It's tough because I used to dip during everything, movies, gaming, watching sports, even excercising sometimes such as going for a bike ride. I hope I can lean on you guys when I need to to get through it! Good luck to you all!
you aint kidding. i used to dip for everything too.
today i'm going to stay strong and remember that nothing short of my life depends on it (a little dramatic, but not untrue..).
i'm n day 4 so im one day ahead of you. from now on i can always give you the weather report out front! lol
stay strong today and lets stick together because i will be thinking about you

Quit4good, first off welcome to the best decision of your life. I am going to nitpick your intro and be a tad blunt. But first things first.............

1. KTC is an amazing community of quitters and is full of great guys/gals with TONS of knowledge on how to quit. The recipe for success is a simple one. Post your daily promise to not use nicotine! ( We call that posting roll). You post roll every single day as soon as you wake up to promise all of us that you will not use nicotine for 24 hrs. You are in the January '18 Pre HOF group so you'll need to get over there and post your promise as soon as you can. CLICK HERE JAN 18 GROUP

2. The prescribed KTC method of promising daily that you will not use nicotine for 24 hrs is easy. Quitting is HARD! You need to mentally prepare for war! We don't try around here, we quit! We don't hope for success, we quit! WE DON'T DO LUCK, WE QUIT!

3. There is never, NEVER an excuse to use nicotine that will be accepted here.

Welcome to quitting....if you are serious about it get on roll and dive in head first to the KTC method. It is what has kept me quit for 336 days and it will do the same for you if you let it! Get you some quit!

Instructions for posting roll:

Go to your quit group Jan 18

1. Quote the LATEST roll post.
2. Left click the bottom box.
3. Ctrl + A
4. Ctrl + X
5. Left click in the top box.
6. Ctrl +V
7. Add your name and number of days to the BOTTOM of the Bad-Ass Quitters section.
8. Get digits they may save your quit
