thats right, the sniffy little bitch who was "going to quit tomorrow" sacked up and quit. that was 100 days ago and here I am today!

funny little story. i turned in an expense report the other day, first one since i quit. i used to turn them in weekly so i could keep the price low (under 100$ and they pay you cash, over 100$ and its given to you in a check) - i used to take the cash and go straight to the store to buy chew, it was my secret chew, my wife didn't know i had spent that money, hahahahaha, what a douchebag I was. Anywho, the lady gives me a check and damn near ran home to give it to my wife. I no longer hide things from her. She's not dumb (well she did marry me....), in fact she is one of the smartest people i know, yet i used to sneak around and think that she didn't know I chewed, what a douchebag. We cannot change the person we were, only change the person we are today.
stellar job, congrats on a great start!
I am so proud of you.

Good to see you on the train!
Keep up the good work and have a super weekend of QUIT! 'bang head'
Man o man. Great, great job. You and I have problems, but none of the are nic. :) So proud to quit with you.
Congrats and well done thus far. I have to admit, I had my doubts about you early on, but you have driven through some pretty shitty weather on your way to the HOF. Those moments are galvanizing in our quit journeys and only serve to make us stronger in our fight. All the best to you and yours this Christmas season.

friday my 2.5 year old son had his tonsils adneoids removed as well as a 3rd set of tubes put in. he was planned admit for 24 hours for observation since he is so little. well that turned into saturday night then sunday night then monday night, well he finally came home today (hadn't been drinking enough fluid). Last night the nic bitch hit me hard. my daughter went to grandmas, and i left my wife and son at the hospital, she kept nagging me, damn near got me to pull into the store to get a can. lucky for me i had a bag of seeds with me and i just started eating the shit out of those.

You aren't going to make it happen.

You are making it happen.

Nice job Hudson... nicotine doesn't help with any of life's monkey wrenches. The only thing we can control is our honor and our decision to remain quit. Well done!

day 30 today, wow!

i'm the health and wellness champion at my company (lost 80lbs in the last 2 years), and yesterday i had to speak in front of the plant to encourage people to sign up for our health fair at the end of this month, roughly 200 guys. i'm not much of a public speaker and was rather nervous - i'm proud of myself for not even thinking about a dip.

i pray to the Lord each day for his strength to stay free of that junk.
