Great choice to quit; great advice already given to you also! Read and stay close to the website. Fight minute to minute, second to second if you have to. You can beat this. It gets better. Just stay quit today, and come back tomorrow ready to fight for your freedom.

Glad to have you in the quit pool bro. Swim from end to end and enjoy the water. Read, read and read. There is enough information on this site to help you swim from Cuba to Florida.. lol

You stated that you tried to quit several times in the past. The difference this time is your going to gain the necessary tools to stay quit. I'm fixing to give you two tools to live by that will keep you quit for today brother. Keep in mind that tomorrow will eventually be today also. The day after and so on......

ONE DAY AT A TIME and you can have back a lot of what the poison has stolen! NEVER AGAIN FOR ANY REASON and you can keep it! Read these two phrases 10 times. Say these two phrases out loud 10 times. Put them at the for front of your thoughts. These should be the first two phrases you wake up with everyday while POSTING ROLL. These two phrases will keep you quit for today. Glad to be quit with you brother. Need some digits let me know.

The poison sucks. I hate it. I hated it this morning, I hated it at noon, I hated it at supper and I hate it tonight. I enjoy hating it so much I'm going to wake up tomorrow and start over hating it. I quit with anyone that wants to hate it with me.

Hey Everyone,

Ive been dipping for about 4 years now which is significantly less than some people on this site, but I was just as addicted as any and couldnt live without dip. Ive tried to quit maybe 5 time before this, sometimes for multiple months but have always gone right back.
The past day has been rough but im confident that this quit is going to be different. Im glad I found KTC and just wanted to say thanks for the support of the people that have already reached out to me on my first day.

Thanks,
Brad
Great choice jackets! Read, post roll every day, make some pals out of pile of reformed addicts. You can do this!
Quitting isn't easy, but it is simple.
Post roll early every day promising not to use.
Get to know other quitters, let them help you be accountable to your quit.
Repeat the next day.
Welcome!
Brad,
You have gotten some great advice so far. Just remember that you can do this. Get some phone numbers from folks on here, reach out through PMs to people, exchange numbers and do your thing. The number help if you can't post roll for some reason, you have a craving or you need to vent at someone. The worst thing you could do is direct any anger towards other people when you alone are the one that caused the addiction.

I will not wish you luck...I simply say you can do this.

Welcome to KTC, Jackets. And congrats on making a great decision to be quit. It pretty simple.
1. Post roll every morning. This is the foundation of the site and thousands of quits.
2. Keep your promise to stay quit for today.
3. Wake up and do it again tomorrow.

This is going to suck for a little while so get some numbers of fellow quitters. Use those numbers when needed and make a few friends that you can text every day. Get in Chat, read HOF speeches, read Intros and anything else you can find in here. It will all help you stay quit.

Check you Inbox.

I quit with you today!
