Good job Jig.  I saw your name on the roll.  Listen to Diesel and his wise words of quit wisdom.  The next 72 hours will be tough.  Nicky will beg for you to come out and play.  However, start taking it one hour at a time.  Devour this site.  Absorb the HOF speech's, words of wisdom, and click here on the Top 100

You will have to pull your own weight.  But, you have fellow quitters walking with you.
So Jig posted role...you dirty dog. Well done my friend. Buckle up, time to become a man an we will help you, not gonna be easy life is hard sometimes, get a helmet.
So jig it's a new day! You can quit today, I'm going to. Start by making you promise again to your May group! Your not dipping or smoking and the family is gone so get online and read all you can, especially words of wisdom and HOF speeches! You will find that you are far from alone.

Fuck that shit. One dip at night is bullshit. dump it all. Dump it NOW!

My guess is that you have a dip in while you're watching to see if anyone replies to this post. Spit that shit out. Weaning doens't work. Patches... gum... fuck that. get rid of it all and man up. This is not going to be easy. It's very simple; but it won't be easy. But we - ALL OF US HERE - can provide the help you need to quit. Like Sco said - visit the welcome center. Everything you need is there.

But before you do that, dump that shit. Spit it out. You need this place. You will find guidance and advice here that you could never get anywhere else. But first you have to be quit. Not quitting... that's an action verb. Dump that shit and BE QUIT.
The love you get here is conditional. The condition is that you are quit.

Hello everybody, this is Kyle. I've been a dipper and a smoker for a little over 11 1/2 years. I told myself I was quitting both habits on New Years  of course I didn't follow through. I'm so mad at myself for putting me and my family through all this. It's not fair to them that I'm sitting here everyday killing myself. Especially considering my wife doesn't work and if something happened to me then who would take care of myFAMILY? Well last week my wife and I found out that we are expecting to have our second kid. Therefore I have to quit now!!! I told myself today I was gonna quit the following day but of course didnt. So here I am guys, a 29 year old with a family that is asking for any kind of help and advice. My family went out of town yesterday so I told myself I was going to quit this weekend while I have the house to myself. Is it ok to have one dip at night as long as I don't dip or smoke during the rest of the day? I mean that is abig difference or should I just quit cold turkey? Please help guys, I'm just so sick of telling my friends and family that I'm gonna quit and not following through. Therefore I come to y'all now.
Go to the welcome center and follow through by posting roll and quitting today.
