Welcome izzy, congrats on your decision!

Head over to April '13 and introduce yourself. Post roll call early, everyday....like your life depends on it.

Because it does.

How's it going. Found the site and joined up. I quit 7 days ago and its still a real pain.
Well better introduce myself my name is Ricky and I'm from Iowa. Just recently moved into my new house over here. (About 3 months ago) I have used some form of tobacco since I was about 13. Quit smoking about 2 years ago and switched to dip. What a mistake that was ( should of just quit altogether ) for about 2 months I was smoking and dipping at the same time. I don't have big cravings at work since I work in a office can't really dip in there it only gets super bad is right after work. Getting off work sets it off. Got a have that dip. Its hard but I'm doing it.
