Where the fuck are you? You got 9 guys reaching out to you and supporting you. And you went fucking ghost on us. You posted your day one. I need more. YOU need more!

COME ON MAN. DO NOT LET THAT BITCH CONTROL YOUR LIFE!

Get your ass back in here and post roll. Do NOT give up. Do NOT surrender. Never again. For any reason.
The love you get here is conditional. The condition is that you are quit.

welcome Ryan!

You can do this - remember : you are as strong as you choose to be. The great news is that you only have to quit for today. Tomorrow, we will both wake up and post roll, our promise to everyone here that we will not use. The first 72 hours are intense as nicotine leaves your body... but, before you know it, it will get MUCH easier.

Congrats on a fantastic decision...

Holler if you need anything,

30.

Congratulations on your decision Turbo. Jump in head first on this. That advice was given to me and I will echo that sentiment. I have gone all in with this site and am still quit after 27 really shitty days!

I don't know how long you will experience it, but the fog will linger around and it has a real, physical, shitty affect on you. It does get better. I am just now getting back to a regular sleep pattern.

You can do it though. Believe me. If I can do it, so can you. 12+ years (something like that) on Copenhagen, 1 can per day and I jumped in with both feet. It sucked but is getting better.

Do it bro.
The fog is just one long kick in the balls.

Good for you Ryan. You go man. I saw you posted roll, you go you bad ass. It is simple how this site works, really simple, post roll every day and keep your word, invest yourself in the site and build a support network around your quit. How can they make it any more simple? But simple doesn't always = easy! But you can do it, I am doing it and I will do it with you each and every day man. Let me know if you need anything!

Hey guys,

New here. I've tried to quit before but was foolish and thought I could do it on my own without any support. Something clicked in my head tonight, and decided I need to get some support and this lead me here. I'm a young professional in Canada, and now I am quit.

The reasons for quitting? You've heard them all before. Sick of having a nasty habit, sick of what it's doing to me body, and just wasting a ton of money on something so dumb. I'm doing this for me, because if I don't do it today I don't want to be one of those 50 year olds with no gums or jaw left.

Look forward to getting to know lots of you!
Welcome Ryan! Like you, I had also tried to quit on my own without any support...Guess how far that got me. Not even past the first week, I mean I'm only on day 10 here but the site is amazing! Listen to the vets, they know what they're talking about! If you ever need anything man, just let me know! Send me a PM or something. I quit with you today, you bad ass!
KEEP CALM AND CHIVE ON

Welcome to the quit Ryan

I am only like 4 - 5 days into this as well - 1st couple of days for me we real foggy - but it gets better. You already posted roll - which is awesome, just the fact that I posted roll has already gotten me thru a few big time mental fights with the nic bitch.

Check out the Live Chat as well usually someone hanging out there.

I will PM you with my digits

Congrats on the 1st day of the rest of your quit life

I remember thinking that. I still have my jaw but lost much of my gums and at least 6 teeth directly from dipping. Now I'm closer to 60 than 50 but I quit everyday. You can quit too with the support here. Pm me if you want any support.
