Hey KTC Community,

I decided a couple weeks ago that enough was enough and I was sick of the dip. The last time I packed a dinger was July 15th and I haven't touched it since.

That night I began looking around the internet on ways to help and I came across plenty of sites, blogs, etc and KTC seemed pretty legit.

Today, I couldn't get it off my mind and finally decided that I needed to join the community that seems to be helping so many, so here I am.

My name is Nate and I am on day 15 of my quit.

Hello Nate, and welcome to KTC. First thing is go post roll if you have not. Speaking from experience here, your funks will come in stages. For me was about every 30 days.

If you get into your group and get involved and get battle buddies, it will be of a great help when you need them. My friends on this site have kept me from a cave many times.

Again welcome, read up and get around and check us out, I quit with you today.
Dear Nate, if you ever use the term "dinger" again, I will hunt you down and poop on your porch.
Down Smokey! DOWN. Back into your corner.
Well nate,

glad to have you in the October 2013 quit group. Get your butt over there and post roll. Then do it again tomorrow and every day after that. Oh yeah, a dinger is a great feat accomplished on a baseball diamond. There is nothing great about the damn rat crap we put in our lip for years except being great pussies who were controlled by stuff. Great loss, great lies, great amounts of embarrassment, and likely great amounts of ninja dipping. You are now a DUCK FIP. Join the flock and post roll. PM me and I will give you my digits. Duck Fly Together...QUACK!QUACK!
Quit Date 6/26/2013
DUCK FIP'S FOR LIFE!!

When we think we can't quit... We can... Cause ducks fly together... When the craves are to much to handle... Us ducks fly together.... When you want to cave... You won't... Because ducks fly together. Per our Jpete328
Freedom Started 06/26/2013....Freedom continues because of my choice and accountability from MY FELLOW DUCKS! QUACK ! QUACK! Thank You!
