Mitchell, I wish I could quit for you for a couple of days. I wish you could feel the freedom and relief of not being chained to nicotine and understand what it feels like to really live again. A lot of us tried everything... I to mused myself almost every day for 25 years that today would be the last day. Then we found ktc and bought in to the plan of posting roll. It really works. I wish I couls post for you, because I don't know any other plan that works.

Don't be a 25 year loser like me... Cease the day! Freedom is yours and you'll have more support than you can imagine. Join us.

I just saw you here reading your thread. I noticed you have not posted roll. topic/10761232/19/#new

Why? Please answer.
What are you waiting for Mitchell?

Maybe he is waiting to go to the doctor one day after he has had that sore in his mouth for a month that just won't seem to go away for some reason. They'll take a biopsy and he will come running over here to KTC for reassurance from us thats its not the dreaded "C". He'll post roll once or twice maybe and once he gets the all clear sign, back to the whore............

Is that you Mitchell? Prove me wrong, post roll get on the damn train. Take your life back from the weed!

Well shit, if it seems that you've been treated pretty rough you're right. We aren't relying on luck, we're not trying. It's just as simple as promising not to use and follow threw. Yea, simple but not easy. In fact this may be the most difficult thing that you have ever done, it was for me and Ive been an addict for over 4 decades.
Don't worry about what has been, what might be only concentrate on today and what your doing right now.

Wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which fills up first, then post roll if you want to succeed in your quit. This is the place for quitters and all you have to do is follow the trail blazed by so many veteran quitters on here, its so simple even someone as dumb as me can make it work. Post roll and welcome to KTC!

Well as you can tell we do not believe in luck. We just quit plain and simple. Head over to the Welcome Center and read up a bit. It will explain it all.

Welcome to freedom

No luck here Mitchell, just a shitload of quit. Learn about the site and post roll, quitting is easier with people going through the same thing you are.

This community is your salvation. Luck? No need for that.

Have you ever bet on a sure thing? I mean something with a 100% chance of success? That is the KTC plan in action.

Post roll every day. Someone smarter than me will drop directions on how to do that in your thread, but the fact is... posting roll is you giving your word to yourself and everyone on this site - and remember, we are all fighting the same fight that you are - that for TODAY you will not use nicotine in any form. IF you are a man of your word - you can do anything for a day, if you give your word. A day... dude you can do anything for a day, right? Once you give your word, this community is yours for the taking. Reach out to any of us. Get phone numbers. Ask for help! Rage here when you need to. Yell at us... whatever you need, if you post roll, we will be here for you.

This plan works. Nothing else does. Only men of integrity have a 100% chance of winning... but I'm placing a bet on you. If you'd like my number, let me know. If I (and thousands of others on this site) can do this, I know you can too.
No "Luck" or "I believe" here. We just do it - and know it. Post roll and just flat out quit. Focus on today only and quit with us here at KTC. You can do this today!

Good luck everyone
« on: November 24, 2014, 07:55:00 AM »
I joined this website because I have decided to quit grizzly wintergreen. I've been dipping for about 6 years now and I'm ready to be done for good. I usually went through a can every 3 days. I hate every dip I take even though it made me feel good. I am on day number 5 right now of quitting. I have felt some nasty withdrawals I'm not sure if I have a cold or it's the withdrawal. I am extremely determined to quit I believe I will be successful this time. Good luck to everyone out there who is trying to quit too.
