Finally want to quit

41 y/o professional firefighter, 25 yr at least can a day habit, from high school to the military to the fire dept, snuff has always been there. Well I want to quit this time, not for my family but because I'm so done with this shit. Health reasons and because I want to feel better. I've quit before but I keep going back. Not this time. Working through the fog and dipping herbal snuff, gum and fireballs and Wellbutrin for the anxiety. Quit date sept 3, just found site and want to be held accountable. Thx

You never really did quit before - you merely stopped. Quitting is a commitment, one day at a time, every day.

Nice job posting roll in December. We quit here by staying accountable and helping others.
