Rosco,
Welcome to KTC!! I want to start by saying we all know exactly where you are at right now! We have been there! The first few days or weeks are the hardest then its a mental game! Read Samrs link on how the site works, drink the koolaid and I promise you it works! Message me if you want my number and you can text me or call me, vent to me rage at me I promise I can and will take it! In the end when the cards have all been played it is so worth it man!!

Rosco - if you haven't found it already, here's a great post on the main site that talks about KTC and how it works:

Here's How You Quit... Ball Is In Your Court Now

Yo've obviously gotten signed up here, so your next step is to head over to the August quit group and post roll. That's your promise that you won't use nicotine for today. Posting roll is not too difficult - you will find instructions on the latest roll post in August - but if you'd like a walkthrough, there's a video about Posting Roll on KTC Kill the Can.

Start today - post roll, then keep your promise. Then come back tomorrow and do it again, one day at a time.

Day 5
« on: May 15, 2017, 12:45:00 PM »
Hello,
I'm new and glad I found this site. I have been dipping for 25 years and I haven't spit in 15. A can would last me four to five days. I hope doing this cold turkey is the right way because I feel like crap. Before I ask all kinds of questions I will browse the forum first. I'm sure I will find answers.

Thanks!
