Congrats on your quit. It will get harder before it gets easier. Try to post roll every day. I didn't think it was important in the beginning. I didn't take it seriously, and now I have made it a part of my routine. It really does help make you more accountable. PM me if you need anything. There are always people on here that are willing to help. All you need to do is ask.

Yo Dano,

Great job on roll call.. Your promise on zero nicotine of any kind.
Get that done early every day.. No excuses. If you can't get to Internet you better have some phone numbers to send a text. That's legal if you text someone, they can post for you in emergency.

Use this intro page as a journal, it will help you remember your suck. I use it to post things I want to remember later.

Welcome brother 31 years is a long time, proud to be quit with you today.
PM me with any questions, I'm just a couple years ahead of ya.

Welcome. Herbal dip (fake) is perfectly okay. You can post from your phone our iPad (though you probably know that now since you posted already).

We post roll first thing every day. It is our promise not to use that day. We post before we have the chance to cave.

Tell us some more about yourself and get comfy here...This place will give you all the tools to build a real quit, but you have to put in the effort.

Day 2
« on: February 03, 2015, 02:03:00 PM »
Hi All,

Day 2 of being tobacco free, feeling pretty good about quitting this time. I weened myself off over the last 5 days with the help of the Smokey Mountain Herbal Snuff. Not sure how the group feels about the herbal snuff, but it is definitely making things easier. I actually found this site while searching for nicotine/ tobacco free snuff.

I've quit several times, usually because someone else wanted me to, for a whole year one point. I've been chewing for 31 of the 45 years of my life and this time I want to quit.

I am going to go try to figure out how to do roll call, can it be done on an IPhone or IPad, I couldn't figure out how last nigh? If it can't, I will have a hard time being able to do roll call everyday, we do not have a computer at home and I am not in my office everyday.

Thanks in advance for the welcomes and the encouragement to quit.

Dan
