Stick with it. Embrace the suck and remember it. Use it as motivation to never have to go through it again.

Read everything you can on this site. You can do this if you commit to it. Read. Post roll everyday. Read. Stay quit all day. Read. And repeat.

It helped me to pour my guts out and explain what I was going through...especially when it got tough. But everybody is different.

Come up with a plan when you think you might cave...people to call, etc. You can do this.

There is a lot of good quitting going on here. Just ask anything and we will be there to help.

Post roll everyday, and take it one day at a time.

  • Interests: Outdoor activities, riding bikes, taking my English mastiff for a ride, and eating now that I have quit. Food has become comfort to me right now and I will probably have to ask the vets help on that to.
